The main Grid View (or Tile View) is great for most purposes, but if you’re looking to get a bird’s eye view of your tagging and other meta-data, Table View is your friend. This is an advanced view designed for admins and editors, allowing for better asset management.
The table view is available as part of the homepage and in collections, to admins and editors. Viewers and guests will still see only the main grid view, to keep their experience as clean as possible.

You can edit an assets’ name, tags and description by clicking the relevant field. You can also choose multiple files and edit in bulk using the bottom action bar.
