While Tagbox is a great tool for organizing your creative assets internally, it's also great for sharing your content with the world! This is done easily by sharing a link to a public gallery.
In a way, public galleries are like building your own website.
You can create a public gallery link from any workspace or collection by clicking "Share" on the top right of the screen and copying the link.
You can always unshare the link to block access.

You can add a title, the description, and change the cover image for each collection, making the gallery look like an independent website.
Regular users have to sign up before using Tagbox. They can then work within the platform according to their roles & permissions. Public galleries, on the other hand, are available to anyone with the link. Users who view the open link will have viewer permissions only.
Registered users will continue seeing the workspace according to their permissions, while unregistered users will see the open gallery view. The link is available to anyone with the link, but is not automatically submitted to Google and will likely not show on Google Searches.
One unique feature of our public galleries is that you actually embed it within your own website, allowing your users to enjoy it without leaving your website.
