Tagbox.io Enterprise accounts come with analytics capabilities, that help you track your team’s usage of the system and your most important assets.

Accessing analytics

Analytics are provided per workspace. To get to your analytics dashboard, click the avatar icon on the top right of the app > settings > analytics.

Metrics measures

There are five metrics measures:

  1. Number of files viewed each day
  2. Number of files uploaded each day
  3. Users with the most file views (note: guest users are marked with a random ID)
  4. Users with the most file uploads
  5. Most viewed assets
